Visit the spectacular Shanklin Chine in the heart of the Old Village, stop off for a cream tea in the traditional tea rooms, sample some of the Island's best ales or head to the beach for sandcastles and ice cream.

The Shanklin Shuttle connects the main town with the seafront, ideal for getting beach balls, picnics and the kids to the beach!

Pay just £4 to ride the Shanklin Shuttle as many time as you like all day. Family, child and senior discounts are all available. Just ask your driver.

SHANKLIN CHINE
Shanklin Chine is one of the Isle of Wight’s most magical destinations. A natural gorge shaped by nature over 1000s of years, the chine is lined with aged trees and greenery making for a truly unique walk from the Old Village down to Shanklin Beach.

OLD VILLAGE
Explore the charming chocolate box Old Village, with its thatched roofs, traditional tea rooms, gift shops and restaurants. The Crab Inn is a great place to grab a bite, and the nearby Harry’s Bar serves up real ale in a building dating back to 1854.

SHANKLIN BEACH
An award-winning beach, Shanklin boasts miles of sand and clear waters, perfect for a day sunbathing and paddling. Along the seafront you’ll find a variety of places to eat, as well as two crazy golf courses and a delicious ice cream shop offering every flavour you can imagine!
