The countdown to Lendy Cowes Week has begun!
An iconic sailing event known all over the world, Cowes Week will run out of Cowes and the Solent between 4th and 11th August, with locals and visitors heading to town to enjoy the event.
Kicking off this coming weekend, Cowes Week is not only famous for sailing, but for the lively race village and nightly entertainment too! Offering food, drinks, stalls and live music out of Shepards Wharf Marina, Cowes Yacht Haven and the Esplanade, there's something for everyone every night of the week! Don't forget to visit for the daredevil Red Arrows display and famous fireworks on Friday night!

With visitors and locals expected to head to Cowes for the week of festivities, there will be duplicate buses added to route 1 between Thursday 2nd and Thursday 9th August. These buses will be added to support the existing evening timetable. On Friday 10th August (Firework night), there will be buses added to timetable from 2pm until the early hours. Double deckers will replace single deck buses where possible.
